Communities 2.0 - Case Studies
Mark Morgan found himself out of work for the first time since 1985. He was not online, in an age where the web is critical to finding a job. On attending his local Job Centre, in Llantrisant, he was made aware of computer classes that were being put on specifically for unemployed people. The classes were delivered by Communities 2.0, under the title ‘Web4Work’ – sessions designed to increase the IT skills of jobseekers.
