Glyncoch Community Regeneration - Community-led services

Seeing is Believing - Co-production Case Studies from Wales

The Glyncoch Community Regeneration charity was established by local community members as the vehicle for regeneration in Glyncoch and surrounding areas. It’s a transformational organisation that hosts a Communities First programme, facilitates Oxfam’s Sustainable Livelihoods initiative, and empowers individuals to have a voice in the services that affect them through Community Voice projects. Our working practice and ethos is founded on the principles of co-production. Our approach is asset based and responsive to the people with whom we work. We aim to be catalysts for change, building community networks, confidence, capacity, and resilience.
